The Owner, Amanda Silvia
Amanda Silvia is the owner of South Central Construction and the heart behind the company’s day-to-day operations. She has been married to Tim Silvia for 11 years, and they’ve worked side by side ever since.
Amanda grew up watching her father work in construction and manufacturing — from making parts for nationwide businesses and cargo ships to becoming a top sales representative for a major construction company in Tampa, Florida for over 25 years.
Inspired by her family’s dedication, Amanda developed a passion for the construction and remodeling industry and brings that same commitment to every project at South Central Construction.
The CEO, Tim Silvia
Tim Silvia is the CEO of South Central Construction and the driving force behind its reputation for honest work and reliable results. With over ten years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial remodeling, Tim has built a company that keeps its promises and delivers craftsmanship people can count on.
He believes trust is earned on the job site by showing up on time, doing the work right, and treating every client with respect. Together with his wife Amanda, he has made South Central Construction a trusted name for projects of all sizes in Oklahoma.
When he’s not managing crews or meeting with clients, Tim enjoys working on projects at home and spending quality time with Amanda.
The COO, Zachary Clark
Zachary Clark comes from a family deeply rooted in the construction industry. His father was a skilled carpenter, his grandmother worked as a superintendent for a construction company, and his grandfather spent years creating beautiful landscapes.
This hands-on upbringing shaped Zachary’s passion for building projects that last and serving clients with genuine care. Today, as the Chief Operating Officer of South Central Construction, he brings that same dedication to every homeowner and business that trusts the team with their remodel.
